Our Terms and Conditions

Registration is only completed once we have received your registration form, event fee and your photo.

We accept payment by cheque or paypal for registration and for events.

Only Dinner reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership.

If membership is refused the event fee will be refunded in full.

If membership is cancelled, whether by us or by you, the registration fee is non-refundable.

A booking is only confirmed once we have received payment.

Only Dinner and Discretion

At Only Dinner we respect your privacy

• We will not give out your contact details to other members without your express permission, and we will check with you every time.
• When we phone you, we introduce ourselves by name, not as Only Dinner.
• When someone phones us, we introduce ourselves by name, not as Only Dinner.
• If we leave you a message it's to call an individual, not Only Dinner.
• We send all correspondence in unbranded envelopes.
• We do not pass members' details to third parties.

Cancellation Policy

Dinners and Buffets:  
Refunds will not be given if cancelled within 3 days before the day of the event. If cancelled on the 4th day before the day of the event a 50% refund will be given. All other cancellations will be fully refunded.  
 
Weekends Away and Special Events:  
Refunds will not be given if cancelled within four weeks of the day of the event. For cancellations more than four weeks in advance a full refund is given.
